When do I get access after paying?
Access is provisioned to your dashboard after purchase. You sign in with the account you checked out with.
Which payment methods do you accept?
XMR, SOL and USDC.
Can I get a refund?
No. Once a product has been delivered, the sale is final.
Can I share my licence?
No. A licence covers its holder only. If we find anyone other than the licence holder using it, access is revoked.
How fast does support reply?
Within 24 hours. Edge cases in the software are resolved within 48 hours.
