Terms of sale

Each order is one tier of one product, at the price shown when you check out. One-off tiers are paid once. Recurring tiers give access for the period shown on their price; renewing adds another period after the current one ends.

Everything you buy is delivered to your GongGong dashboard: licence details, account details and files.

Your account is a 16-digit account number and a random name. The number is the only way in. We store it only in a form that cannot be read back, so a lost number cannot be recovered, and neither can the orders and credit behind it. Keep it safe, and never share it.

• With store credit, when your balance covers the price.
• In crypto: Monero (XMR), Solana (SOL), USDC on Ethereum. An order is paid once the payment is confirmed on its network.
• Through a middleman: @cupid on Telegram, with @blorabiz added to the ticket. You cover the middleman's fee, and your order is delivered once we confirm the payment went through.

A crypto payment above the price is added to your credit. A payment that arrives after the tier sold out is returned to your credit in full.

A licence is for its holder only and may not be shared. If we find that anyone other than the licence holder is using it, we revoke access.

Once a product has been delivered, the sale is final and there are no refunds. If we cannot deliver a paid order, the price is returned to your store credit. See the refund policy.

Credit comes from overpayments, from orders we could not deliver, and from adjustments we make. It pays for future orders on the same account. It is not paid out.
