Refund policy

There are no refunds once a product has been delivered. Delivery happens when your order shows as delivered in your dashboard.

You get the price back as store credit, automatically, when:

• the tier sold out before your payment was confirmed;
• we could not deliver your paid order.

Anything you pay above the price is added to your credit as well.

Access revoked because a licence was used by someone other than its holder is not refunded.

Payments made through the middleman are settled between you, @cupid and us on Telegram. The middleman’s fee is yours and is not refunded by GongGong.
